Info: Member of Public Morals Committee (self proclaimed). Student Council Secretary. A maid (also self proclaimed).

As most of my story goes, the main idea behind the character is 'a girl with crippling problems on the verge of ruining her life.' However, it is still a work in progress and in need of major revisions, so that has to wait until my exams are over.

On the outside, she is a soft-spoken, mild-mannered person. Maybe shy, though not a bumbling mess. She is a proper maid through and through and takes her duties very seriously. Although she thinks being a maid is a super cool job, in her mind, she herself is far from being such.
Not the lifeline of the party; more on the unassuming side. She is the kind of person who'd carry a conversation even if she doesn't like it on account of the other wanting to but can't for whatever reason (may be a kid). Which is to say, she is extremely good at dealing with kids, having been a babysitter at some point.

And she feels fulfilled helping others in need and will often go out of her way to do so, but she doesn't like to be told to help repeatedly. This is a flaw you can explore by having her help someone who doesn't need it, or by having her help only make things worse. If you do that, however, keep in mind that it isn't done out of malice. She certainly has people she doesn't like, and she may even be politely contemptuous of them, but nothing would be outright malicious. The other flaw you can explore, I suppose, is that she isn't particularly honest—she is a de facto liar, in fact. One small detail worth mentioning here is that she hates 'The boy who cried wolf' type of story. That should give you a direction.

My character has a strong sense of right and wrong, and although she isn't going to act until she deems an act to be harmful, she isn't afraid to stand up for or against someone. Furthermore, depending on the case, she might be polite or bold about it. Again, this is something you can use to your benefit.

One small detail worth mentioning here is that she hates 'The boy who cried wolf' type of story. That should give you a direction.

Oh, seems good to me. As for my role beside being a passive observer, maybe I can be in charge of making sure unwilling participants don't get hurt in the cross fire? And if a participant seeks protection or surrenders. Variance would be better than an all out brawl.

Unfortunately, I don't have any elaborate character lore set up, but I am working on tying some loose ends, which I plan to do through backstories: why my username is ReinaIsLost, why I called her a liar, and what kind of person she truly is. Good, awful, or otherwise.

So...

She owns a few, if not one 50. Cal Sniper Rifle. It might be the Barettas or the Hecate II.

She owns millions, if not hundreds of drones. All the drones are completely filling all kinds of warfare. Such as ground-type drones, aquatic-type drones, aerial-type drones, even space-type drones.

She once encountered someone, preferably a woman. Hence why she lost 108 drones in one of her factory districts and made a note not to disturb said woman.

She received a box. The content of it is still mysterious. But, because of its perfect size, she's tempted to open it and proceed to do so.

At one moment, she helped a universe achieve its freedom. But its fate got worse, as civil war started rosing everywhere. She dipped because she didn't want to get involved more. I see this with absolute sinism

She received a letter from someone named "Seymour" whom I suspect was a woman. She's not to be confused as the woman Shizuki's terrified by.
The letter consists of a subject called "Anti-Eldritch Research Agreement". The content of it was the project of said Research Agreement.

After reading the letter, she proceeds to reply with excitement to the sender.
Long story short, the tank she showcases first is considered weak by "Seymour", even with the Mach 5 projectile speed idea. The sender said the tank lacks versatility.

"Seymour" then gave her a sample from the eastern front. T-59. The sample lacks firepower but it is better to be disposed of by the reformed army. It doesn't lack mobility, so it is indeed better than the previous tank Shizuki showcases.

Shizuki then came up with a new model, the T-96. It is a million times better than the T-59. Its cannon can penetrate anything and reduce the state of a thing into the dust of atoms. It has a unique projectile built specifically for it. The projectile doesn't have a name, but it can travel at the speed of light and can teleport till impacting its target. It has a ridiculously great defense because of two main factors.

-One, it has a teleport device. Able to teleport the incoming projectile automatically or teleport the tank itself to a safe coordinate.
-Two, if somehow a black hole of some sort, the defense system will quickly neutralize the black hole.

It's cost is insanely ridiculous. Expect the buyers to be the rich eldritch's beings. No recorded human treasury could possibly buy even the prototype of it.

"Seymour" managed to reverse-engineer the blueprint of it. They further discuss a few more things regarding the project. "Seymour" wanted to test the prototype in someone's redacted spawn. It is unknown, but the fate of that individual spawn is clear. Torment will come their way.

This individual sender is ambiguous. I, for the moment, cannot guess which side she's in. Her next words related to Matcha are... Quite interesting, to say the least.

She then has some problems with her creation, namely SNVW. Her creation then told her one of their production lines was populated with pirates.

Shortly, the pirates are swiftly swooped off their mining island. And Shizuki continued his activity by ending the day with a peaceful yet blissful slumber.

Note: She loves sleeping. Make sure to prepare some pillows and blankets for her.
