The Hero is whoever Seymour decides to be. You could be eating children but as long as she doesn't like the cut of your gib, you are the Hero.

She doesn't have a ruler of everything (lol), in fact she doesn't care whether or not such an entity exists. The only reason that she would be considered fundamentalist is her belief in absolute truth and her Villainess' Declaration.

As for Time, that's why I think Void may dislike her

To her, time, in actuality, does not exist. It's not some cosmic force, it's just a glorified tape masure. There is no past, there is no future , there are no alternate timelines. Only interaction of matter, and what is calculated to be most probable. It would be part of her conflict with Azure, since she would erase an entire aspect of her power from reality (Time)
