There must be at least some romantic tension between the two, else one-sided won't count
For example, Kraken x Un'Thoth does not count, since Kraken has not reciprocated in any of the chapters and neither really chat on this thread.

Midnight x Theirl barely counts because we meme'd it to hell and Arcadia's chapter exists
