Beer battered haddock deep fried in beef dripping, with thick cut chips.
Bread and butter of your choice.
A choice of peas, mushy peas, or none.
Pickled onions - if you want.
Tartare sauce - if you want
Tomato ketchup - if you want
Gravy - if you want (I personally don't have this)
Curry sauce - if you want (I personally don't have this)
Salt and vinegar

And the traditional Northern way gives you the option of a cup of tea, too.
