No, that was just a joke of mine.
The protagonist just murdered and skinned his wife. But he thought that she was cold, so he took a rifle and goes on a squirrel hunt, after he hunted squirrels he put them on the corpse of his wife. He does that five days in a row, he meanwhile learns many fascinating facts about squirrel like how they hunt humans down and break their bones.
Of course his wife sometimes comes to him, she even one times goes to the kitchen right to the pentagram. After five days god arrives and ends everything.
Now that I look closer there are arguments to be made about how close this game is to reality if you twist it.

The good thing about misery is that I know that it's temporary, I already know that it's going to suck hard for now I still need to get over the fact that I'm a social outcast but Tsuru did never get rid of her problems, the same is going to be true for me too, but I already know it, that soon my life will become even more miserable, that's half the reason I'm the way I am, if it doesn't matter what you do you can at least try to enjoy yourself as much as you can, even if there is nobody that loves you or cares about you because who ever did that, I'm delusional and what can I say more.
