Yeah, if you're actually saying you do something that takes that much extra effort, I think we've got a confirmed troll just trying to bait people.

Just got back home so I'll clarify something.

Yes, I take that much extra effort. I move my hands around a lot since my table has no space to put my hands on. My wrist are always bent 90 degrees down when I types so I almost always types with my nails.

Just saying, hitting the apostrophe, quote, and P buttons on a keyboard requires you to go through extra effort to hit them with your ring finger as opposed to the pinky. As such, I just find it highly unlikely someone would actually put in that extra effort specifically to not use their pinky fingers unless they were amputated or severely arthritic or something.

And trolls will troll wherever they see an opportunity. All they have to do is come up with something ridiculous that will get people asking questions.

It doesn't take that much effort actually with my setup, considering gaming keyboard is much smaller. Here is an illustration.

I am writing with 10 fingers even now. The thing is, I don't think that the app is doing anything for me anymore. It is not fun, but writing improved my typing speed the first time around.

I bought myself a new keyboard! A mechanical one! Now I can understand how some people get addicted to the typing games!
