Okay, how's this? While you, Azure, are participating in the death games, all Chaos Containment responsibilities will be our job. Someone's got to contain the chaos, caused by it. You can't exactly contain the chaos if you're actively making it chaotic smh. That's why we will be an impartial judge/observer in these "games" while Azure is otherwise occupied.
That's the job that student councils usually take, right?
