im thinking about making a cultivator oc but how high can the stage be allow? Golden Core? Nascent Soul? Demigod?

Cultivator scaled extra hard so you would probably spend your days as Qi Condensation for around 10 lvl before moving to Foundation Establishment, and even then it would still be an extremely overpowered character. Forget Nascent Soul, I think Golden Core is already at the Hero lvl, or at least A rank.

I think it can be considered a troll character.

I mean, back in AG v1 we were a bit too lax and allowed it... It was a real headache... Though it didn't last long.

And well, this time we already got a sentient water bottle and a sentient kitchen, so... >.>

At the end of the day, it's fine for as long as they player isn't actively trying to be a troll I guess.

Cultivators can work if we have them use numbers with less zeroes.

Who knows.... maybe someone can find a community of dark elves in a deep forest that were cast aside from the "Forest of Elders" due to their skin turning cas of reasons like.. idk.... unable to hear the voice of the forest anymore and thus losing forest magic in which they had to adapt and develop stronger physical attributes and maybe leading into an elven war in which a player can choose which side to join...

Just sayin... it might happen...

I was part of the staff team in both versions of AG we had in NUF, believe me, I worried a LOT about this kind of character... *shivers*

But well, right now I'm just waiting and seeing I guess? As long as the people aren't trying to troll, I don't mind their mega weird concepts... At worst I'll rant about it behind their back or something... >.>
