Yep seems good, but people do do what they prefer, I perfer spoilers coz its looks better, and people dont have to reread my report if they already have.

The only important bit is putting

QUEST REPORT (APPRAISED) or QUEST REPORT (not yet APPRAISED)

somewhere in the start of the post in a clear manner. You change it from one state to another after it has bee appraised/ evaluated

Yes, you have to wait for someone to appraise it, since they will determine if you get the full reward or not.
It seems that those who volunteer to do receptionist work aren't online at the moment though, so you'll have to wait I'm afraid.

In the mean time, you don't have to wait for your quest to be appraised before posting another one, so don't feel like you have to hold back on writing another report if you want to.

This is just me... but can i suggest this quest be specified so "the friend" is a "player"...

The NPCs I make all have worth!
*starts listing her NPCs that other players are free to use*
Hejlikka
- wears glasses the constantly slide down her nose, thus causing her to push them up out of habit
- a female elf who works as a supervisor of office workers, receptionists and customer services workers in the guild
- currently relegated to the night shift in the guild
- has a younger brother called Julrik who is higher up in the office than her
- has parents who moved to another world a few years ago using one of the portal gates
- owns a house near the tavern, but further from the guild
- is very strict when it comes to work, always maintaining a diligent and professional work ethic
- has masochistic tendencies that even she hasn't realised
- dislikes most men due to seeing how her brother has acted in the past
- acts kinder and is more tolerant towards females
- seems to have a one-sided crush on the new-born vampire, Liana
Julrik
- a male elf who works as the supervisor leader for the office workers, receptionists and customer service workers in the guild
- is very handsome
- is Hejlikka's younger brother
- likes women a lot, and flirts constantly with them while having many bed mates
- has earned the ire of a lot of men due to hogging the attention of women they like
- has received at least 7 challenges to duels from jealous rivals
- is competent at his job, though has a poor work ethic when it comes to women
- is very self-centred, almost to the point of narcissism

- a City Guard who often is relegated to being on Watch Duty
- is in a relationship with an apprentice chef called Adele, although it's currently in troubled waters

- is strict with his subordinates and abhors those without discipline
- is a bit of a clean freak
- cares about his subordinates

- a female elf adventurer at level 6 and an E rank
- is diligent with her tasks
- has a no nonsense attitude towards her work
- has gained a stalker recently
- seems to be friends with Hejlikka
Imelda Carson
- a half-elf woman

- is exceptionally vain and petty
- is highly flirtatious towards anything male with muscles, skills and good looks
- can get very jealous of other girls
- has a vicious heart towards her love rivals
- lets her emotions affect her work, often giving harsh evaluations to female adventurers

- has sharp gold horns on his head
- has a black, whip-like tail with a gold tuft at the end
- has bronze-coloured skin

- has created an informal contract with the new-born vampire, Liana, to feed on her in return for feeding her his blood
