1) No. Not only does she not have the patience to put up whatever sicko is orchestrating this game, she also has likely been prematurely awoken from a nap.
2) ???. She could obviously just punt whatever is about to destroy the town into next week (literally speaking of course, since time manipulation isn’t an impossibility). I don’t think that counts as winning the game, but the goal was accomplished?

Since i am currently writing two novels, i might as well use both 'em

With Nadezdha [Irregular World & The Girl from Another World]:
If she had a gun, she wouldn't. But since she currently doesn't, she'll hesitantly compete. But, it's a 50/50 chance.

She either saves the town by sheer will alone, or she causes the death of a thousand innocent lives because she tried to murder the person who told her to do it. Eitherway, she'll just go "it is what it is" and walk away with a shrug.

With Kunna (& Rodankoy) [Adventure to Defeat The Demon Lord]:
He'd definitely compete since he felt obligated to do it because he's a hero, even though Rodankoy tells him not to.

He then proceeds to tryhard it in order to win, and barely win the competition, even though he doesn't need to since Rodankoy already went off with evacuating the entire town while Kunna is off doing the jump rope competition.

Hina would most likely compete finding it interesting and fun, a Fox's curiosity and all but she would probably lose, as with lack of memories of sports and games like this she would get hung on the rope and hurt herself and cry. Causing her lover, friends and mother to go in a frenzy killing and reviving the orchestrater over and over again, for causing their Princess to cry until Hina stops them which would be after she finished her snacks they gave her to stop crying.

As of right now, other than if @Seaspecter 's main character was in the competition (and maybe @Insomniologist . I don't really know their characters capabilities. But since they are not keeping, I'll just say that punting is not winning a jump rope competition, no matter what Crimson Genius says), my MC Sol would compete and they would absolutely, and completely, crush everyone else here.
This is because, in addition to being incredibly dexterous, with fine control over their body being unnaturally high, they have an advantage over those with speed that outrivals them even by vast amounts.
And that advantage is that they can warp their flesh, bone, and body by considerable amounts, allowing them to do jump rope tricks that literally no amount of speed is capable of compensation because their body is in the way or cannot contort like that.
