Temporomandibular joint dysfunction, known as TMD, or more commonly, just "TMJ." We've all had it. We've all suffered it. It's annoying as hell. What are your best TMJ remedies?

Thanks. I've been stuck at Stage I Dao Slave for the past 20 years. I've gone through Organ Refinement and Bone Restructuring, but my dantian refuses to develop. Any tips on how to cultivate more efficiently?

Too often...

Junior, someone has tricked you. You have not even opened any of your meridians. How could someone ask you to undergo organ and bone refinement without the proper channels to guide your qi? Your dantian has no choice but to remain as it has been for 20 years.

Organ Refinement and Bone Tempering are later stages. Either you have not actually underwent either or you have mangled your body in such a way that a flaw will remain in your cultivation foundation for the rest of your life!


Too pitiful, here is a small box of Six Breaths Dragon Well Tea and a medium-grade Qi Condensation manual.

If you diligently follow that manual, you may attain Stage II Dao Fodder and Stage III Dao Worthless Grunt in the future.

Do not brew the Six Breaths Dragon Well Tea. At this stage, it is too powerful for you. If you ignore my warning and drink it, your eyes will melt into paste and your tongue will transform into steam, and five of your organs will explode.
I suggest every morning until the day you die (or until you reach novice Golden-Core), you slightly open the box, take a brief inhalation as small as that of an insect, and quickly close it.

It is a valuable tea, so I suggest you hide it well. If it is discovered, the same person who tricked you might make plans to kill you for the treasure.

Devil's Claw o Tiger's Claw Balm (this one should be of Chinese origin). I'm not sure what they're called in English, but both are anti-inflammatories that provide a first cooling sensation and then a strong heat. I use them for all kinds of muscle pains, and they are almost always effective. I also have an aloe and menthol cream, with similar but weaker effects that you use for mild pain.
