Because he made a threat one or two weeks ago where he asked for a review swap but only a single guy wanted to do it, and then they read like three chapters before giving each other a review.
Maybe I'm wrong and it was someone else but it would explain the V2
Edit: I looked up the review he already has so it was someone else. But from the review he recived and the one he wrote i would guess that it was quite a similar experience.
