Hmm... I see it more of a.... the Library collects, and the archive of fates, regardless of its name is, is more a method of creating quests/stories

Since people are making other threads for Adventurers Guild. For the eventual hydra fight in gelderholm would there be a seperate new thread called the event thread?

That will probably be a very long time. It was loosely decided by various people that the hydra should be a Rank A threat.

Is there no event thread already? Or maybe big war thread?

I'm not planning to make any myself, but if you have something that might sound worthwhile you could do it.

The Freestyle RP thread should work for now for any smaller events.

I tend to look at people's AG cards so I have an idea of what their characters are like.
I was a looking forward to seeing an explanation in Nene's backstory about how the demon ended up possessing her...as well as an image of him.

I was thinking about making a map of the actual city. What do you guys think about it? Do you think it would be too restrictive?

Maybe just mark the major places if you are worried about being restrictive.

I'm fine with it~ Although someone needs to figure out and resolve all of the different ways people have laid out the city!

@ohko The unbelievable part of both model is the low overlap between two consecutive ranks. A good amount of high rewards for say rank 10 should be similar to low rewards for rank 11

Ah, as for divination, you could try to use goat ankles to divine about how well plans will go. It's a Mongol divination method, IIRC.

Just get someone to lend you some money. Like the local gang or your fellow priestess.

hmm... I'm all for player's market. But other than high priced item like weaponry and armors, can they compete? I imagine it would be a hassle to roleplay each time you want to replenish your stock. The player have to contact other player directly for competitive pricing or they can post at the guild with more reward for the other adventurer, thus having higher material price compared to the guild.

The other alternative is gathering those items directly, of course. but copy pasting closed freestyle RP is boring...

You don't have to write something for every action that your character does. The game is extremely loose and open-ended.

It's fine to skip time ahead and say things like: "For a week, my player spent time with Farmer Joe."

Similarly, I would say that you don't need to roleplay every time you wish to replenish your stock, so long as you had an established relationship with that character.

You can't timeskip to level up or gain money, but I don't think anybody would find it strange if your character collected a few more healing herbs on the side but didn't submit it as a quest report.

I wanted to add a moneylender in the market too, but this is fine too!

I think it would be fun if your character went to the gang and borrowed money.
