The last chapter i can remember and i have read is that the mc is currently a dragon, or a sub species at least, and hes on some other world crossing a bridge that would lead him to some other world too. A group was hindering him from crossing it, cuz they know he is one of the off spring of the monster king.

I'm currently reading this but its not it unfortunately, the last chapter i read was the mc was in some other world, crossing a bridge but another group was hindering him. I think his form at that time is a dragon or at least a sub species of dragon.
