Which xbox series x should I buy?

I could either buy the brand new one for 899[NZD][525.78/USD] or a pre-owned refurbished one for 728[NZD][425.77/USD]

So here's my dilemma. It's been a decade since I've bought a new console and I'm wondering if it's better to bite the bullet and pay full price or take a chance on a refurbished cheaper console. What do you guys think?

I work in a console shop, and we service them too. Had no real problems with most Series consoles. Of course, you can't tell how its previous owner used it, but to be honest, those that came in bad were the result of power outages or lightning strikes. Not from normal usage. I have had mine since day one, and no issues ever manifested.

I also sold multiple used ones, but none have come back so far. If you are on a tight budget, go for the cheaper one. If not, go for the new one as it has more warranty. At least, that is my guess, but it depends on your country's laws.

The full warranty alone might be worth it. I wouldnt take the chance if I had the money.

Never buy refurbished. You don't know what someone could have done with it.
