You're already doing most of the stuff I'd suggest. The only thing you're missing is a link to your story in your forum signature, but that's only really important if you post on the forums a lot. You could also link your glossary in the author's note at the end of your chapters, so people can see all that nice art. (And make more art for the other story, which doesn't seem to have as much.)

The other thing you could do is review swap or advertise on other platforms like twitter or youtube. Interact with more potential readers, let them know your story exists, get them interested. Reach out to other authors who have similar stories, and you can leech fans off each other.

I don't use Amazon, so I can't give you advice there.

Pay people to give you good reviews on rotten tomatoes.
If anyone gives you a bad review, claim its russian bots/transphobes/racists/PUAs/Trump supporters.
Get Netflix to make it into a TV Series.
???
Profit.

Unrelated but a bit related question:

I thought you couldn't have your story online/somewhere else when you publish with Amazon? Has that changed?
When you publish through KDP they give you two options. Receive 60% of the royalties on your book so long as you exclusively have it on their site, or receive 40% royalties and be able to publish it elsewhere. I chose the 60% because I do not know where else to sell and most of the profit comes from Amazon anyways. However, there is this workaround where as long as the story contents aren't the same, you can keep it up while still not breaking their contract. What I have up currently is only the 1st to 4th drafts (containing different names for characters, unnecessary plot points, bad grammar, and what I can only describe as a therapists nightmare) of the story while what I am publishing through Amazon is the 9th draft, thus not breaking any contractual agreements.
I chose not to use kindle unlimited
That's fair. It's way too expensive and far too pushy with mainstream titles.

It also came down to not wanting to take away what was on here since I swore to never do that.

Only if you enroll in their KDP Select program. If you just put your stuff on their platform without enrolling in it, you are free to publish elsewhere. But you won't get pushed/advertised by them.

Pay people to edit and improve the grammar and overall quality of your story ? (A.k.a paid editor & beta checker) ?

And then, pay people to moderate and face the toxic comments, so that you won't have to see them, while checkng for any meaningful and good advice comments (and good edit suggestion) ?
