Something that specific (and of great quality), you’ll have to make yourself. Those writing MHA fanfics tend to be guys, and those writing stuff with smut tend to do porn with a plot rather than plot with a bit of porn.

Yeah I figured but I can hope, I’m not a good enough writer to do so myself and not to mention I just enjoy reading more.

But anyways, my recommendation to search more efficiently with those would be:

Search on AO3
Set rating to teens and up
Set fandom to My Hero Academia one (it should pop up when you start typing)
Set character to Toga Himiko
Click the F/F box

And look through those

Not perfect, but it should filter out a lot of stuff you aren't looking for
I can't guarantee a good plot... or anything, really?
Just AO3 is very good for specific fanfic searching
