I think it depends how big it is, Omni did some armchair " I found a map of the north" and that is a bit frowned upon.
It's more of an extension to Mana and its nature. There's already an article on it so I won't be adding in a new article, just wanna ask if it's possible for future reference. You need at least one primary source from a quest report. But you can use tavern or elsewhere as supporting sources.
For example, you shouldn’t completely make up a flower in the tavern and then add it to the library.
If you found a flower on a quest — then you have an entry. If someone did something extra with that flower in the tavern, like cause it to catch on fire weirdly —yeah you can add that.
I wholeheartedly agree with this!Personally all quest rewards are nice and you can level up, but at the end of the day its better to drive the story your story, so I kind of lean towards failing a quest if it makes better lore for later.
And this is just me. I played around in the start to test the game and see where the limits are but generally anything too outside of the norm makes the game boring, build the narrative bit by bit make the journey more entertaining so its kind of prudent to self nerf all the time.
Considering my Character, creating, the "slime-slayer" spear at Lv1 and now the near death experience, at lv2, I might have something interesting happen near the end of LV2, but I am feeling if too many "events" happen, things might get a bit stale by the time I reach a proper capital city.
I am getting long winded here, but lets say you want to learn magic, chart an interesting way to get it. thru the lore. There is the book at the market so you are just short on mana. So all you just need that. Go for it. But know that this event might be a definnig moment for you character's history.
Also right now Scribel City does not have a magic academy, and might never will. And if it does, I can't promise my character won't find a corrupt and evil teacher and get that school shut down post haste![]()
Sure! Extensions sourced from other places are fine! It's more of an extension to Mana and its nature. There's already an article on it so I won't be adding in a new article, just wanna ask if it's possible for future reference.
I like the more types of slimes.I did a quest report recently, which may make slimes a bigger threat.
I like the more types of slimes.
Try not to add too many types of ores in your cave though. If everyone adds their own type of ore in their own nearby cave, suddenly there’s never any reason to leave Scribel City.
I think this touches back on what @Generic.Archdemon said, but I think as an author it’s important to map out your character growth over the entirety of their life. If you easily give yourself everything that you want by level 3/4, then you’ll struggle to find motivations for your character by level 30/40.
This is great! I like your format!OOC: If people don't mind, I'll only wrote in this format to settle a base story for my character. Will write in the "usual" format like the others from what I've seen.
Jesus that prerequisite Unlocks looks mighty fine. I might nab it later onBWAHHAAHHAHA!!!![]()
I am realy testing the limit of my signature... its getting so loaded now

Is that so? I'll probably need to nerf how my plate armor works in the future quests then.Steel would be probably the strongest material we could use for weaponry right now, with only iron ore being availible.

Don't worry too much this is just my opinion. I think that GM and ohko would have final says on the ranking of ores. It won't really matter when people make up their end game weapons out of some out of the world fantasy metal with god like enchants. Just have fun.Is that so? Character Sheet: Reival
Gender Male Race Human Level 1 (0/200) Age 19 Class Heavy Lancer Money 100G
Appearance Donning a full suit of plate armour with a plate helmet covering his head. He is easily mistaken as a heavy knight if not for him carrying a large tower shield that covers his front from head to toe on hand, and a long heavy metal lance that is twice as tall as him on the other. Reival's height can be considered short from his place as he is 5'3 (160 cm).
With such heavy equipment, one could only imagine the toll of the weight on his body. Nevertheless, he carries his gear with ease.
When taken off, his burly body would the first thing to notice by others if seen. His head is quite sharp and slim in contrast to his body. Emerald eyes that always gave a sharp look along with a pointed nose and wide lips. Pale skin that was complemented with his dark hair.
(Will probably add pic if not lazy in the future.)
Personality Stalwart to the core, order on the mind. Reival detests injustice and will follow those who he believes to be in the right.
Backstory As the son of the chief in a satellite village, Reival was next in line to lead the village. His short stature would often mistake him as a young teen if not by his looks. With a sense of duty, he helped in the fields with the hard and heavy labor that no mere villager can perform. The villagers felt at ease when they saw the strength of their future leader in their dire times of war in the country.
News had spread that other villages had been raid and pillaged from the foreign country. It was a matter of time before Reival's home was next.
Reival was rescued by the knightly order of his kingdom during the raid of his village. Homeless, he was placed in the church of the capital as an orphan where he occasionally grimaced his powerlessness. Revenge was what he wanted.
At age of 16 he was considered an adult and decided to be a part of the knightly order that rescued him, The Lancers. He was trained to have his body stronger than ever before to carry his gear and brute force his way through, endured the harshest pain in order to shrug off even the most lethal wounds possible. Finishing his training, he was deployed to fortress border only to be told that the war was over.
Shocked by the news, Reival went into despair knowing he couldn't avenge his family and village. Excess Lancers were put on standby and ordered to return home until such dire times were in need of them again. Reival was one of the excess. Nowhere to return home to. Reival went to his burned village to rebuild his purpose once more. Upon arrival, a strange spherical portal was seen in the middle of the burned village. Reival took a long look and touched the portal. As soon he made contact with the portal, it disappeared along with him.

Hello... i'm new here... I came just to play this... and i'd like to ask for a bit of help.
I'm on mobile, and I will be on mobile for a long time (no access to computer) due to some circumstances, i want to make my adventurer card. But I don't know how everyone does [SPOILERS] and the adventurer table (i tried making a table, but on mobile it only shows up as two white large boxes and i'm not sure how to do it.
What kind of help?
Sure, just write down all the info you want on your character sheet, where you want spoilers and I can format it for you.I'm on mobile, and I will be on mobile for a long time (no access to computer) due to some circumstances, i want to make my adventurer card. But I don't know how everyone does [SPOILERS] and the adventurer table (i tried making a table, but on mobile it only shows up as two white large boxes and i'm not sure how to do it.
I'm hoping someone could help me out with making my adventurer card as i might be stuck on mobile for one to two more weeks...
Aight I'll edit it accordinglyThere are many many things that are very questionable in this registration, but I will only comment in this one.
Please don't try to make such massive lore claims, like... Ever.
I could go into more depth on that, but Ohko already made it clear enough on the first post of the library, so I'll just quote that.
