Spin the wheel... Every time I spin a wheel of any kind something random happens. (Examples: gender swap, humans died out, cars never invented, gravity flipped, sun implodes, everybody gets superpowers, I die.)

The body itself is so unnatural that the definition of natural for it is a bit hard to understand. You realise this when you try to breathe air and see.

"It's dead... Well. It right time to test."

You wake up in another world.
You now have the body of a bat-like monkey.
You see a vampire, she Pats you.
"You are finally awake..."
"Yes.."
Shocked she looks at you, None of her summoned/converted minions ever spoke, they all were like zombies but you spoke. She smiles, and finally, she has created a sentient lifeform.

The biggest option on the wheel is loss of powers.

Ya but but he always forgets what he was doing... So, whenever that happens he find himself in a room (probably naked or not) with a camera device pointed at him.
And everytime following his first conclusion, he bails out... Leaving the recording and the observation room behind.
