I tend to sleep by 11 PM, after watching an hour of anime or some television show since I get up at 5-6 AM to go to work everyday.
Respect. I tried to fix my sleep schedule earlier this month, but it didn't work out. Do you have any tips on how to maintain a normal sleep schedule?
C-can I just have the orange juice :blob_reach:

May you have a lovely night’s rest!!
Apple juice is superior.

And thank you, I'll try to rest well.

Exercising after waking can train your body to wake up earlier. Staying out of bed except to sleep and consistency can help as well

Usually it comes down to setting a time to start a routine. The key need in scheduling is structure, so I start 'preparing for bed' by showering, practicing personal hygiene, then either playing a game or writing for some free time.

If you don't have some sort of structure it's hard to maintain a schedule, even if it's just sleep.
Although this is what works for me, what might work for you could be different. Some people exercise a lot and exhaust themselves before resting an hour before sleeping.
No, no you can stay human
I like shitposting though, it's just I try not to go too far depending on how much I think the other person can take.

You can tell by how the regulars don't get offended or mind me when I do shitpost, it's because they know I don't have hateful intent. I'm mostly doing it for fun and will stop if asked too.
