I NEED VERY PRECISE MECHANICS.

Why? Do I need to steal ALL the skill? Like, if I steal 1 level from EVERYONE IN EXISTENCE,do I now have level 8 billion in something?
Does it stack?
Is each skill a slight variant? Like brawl 5 (Take a hit) and brawl 5 (Kung fu) are not the same?

Is breathing a skill? Can I steal people's ability to EAT? are memories a skill? Can I steal your ATM code? How about programing? Is each language a different skill? Can I steal C++ from everyone on the planet and be the only C++ programer left? Do I have to meet someone? Touch them?

Is Natural talent different from a skill? Knowledge different from a skill? Do animals have skills? Corpses? Trees? Rocks?

Can I give skills?

Can I just drain someone DRY and leave an empty shell, but have a copy of them inside my head? Would that include personality? Free Will? THEIR SOUL?

I have damage to my hypothalamus. I can't remember names or faces. Is people's friendships a skill? Where is it stored? Does this only cover implicit memories or explicit memories as well? is LOVE a skill? Can I steal all of someone's LOVE so they no longer love ANYONE? Will I be compelled to love those people?

IRL skills could be awesome- welding, glass blowing, martial arts…

even the boring ones could make life way easier like concentration, studying, analysis

I would assume that once you have this skill, you are at the age of twenty plus. Unless you find skills such as "instantly becoming rich" or "becoming a superhuman", it will be a rather short endeavor.

Yes, getting skills such as "concentration" and "determination" are great, they fill my holes and make me into a better person, But that's it. Their help is limited.

Also, physical skills such as "parkour" requires a fit body to use properly. I am very fucked in that department.

Prison guard or prisoner transport would be the ideal job for such a skill. Nothing quite like stealing the skills of convicted felons. I'd specifically target murderers, rapists, drug dealers, pimps, and multimillion fraudsters.

The trick would be to get a good combination of skills. Determination + Concentration + Physical Skills would give you the know how of a master and the mental fortitude to start from scratch.

Also, being twenty plus doesn’t make you old. A 60 year old that lives to 90 has longer left to live than I’ve been alive.

You could reasonably gain wonderful skills that help you budget wiser and achieve your goals within a natural lifespan.
