I may elaborate later, but any rule that says "MAY cause" is unenforceable, not to mention unethical.

Unenforceable - Anything can cause anything else, especially if you allow arbitrary indirection. Under these rules as written no user-generated content at all is allowed to exist.

Unethical - I cannot control the actions of other people. Their actions are their burden, not mine.

(Edit to add: I am aware of and have respected what I can confidently infer is the spirit of these rules since my first day of being here. This is not a declaration that I'm going to attempt a riot or rebellion and shame on you if you thought that.)
