It was a bad experience.

I already know how wasabi is "spicy"/"hot" and you're going to feel it in you throat.

But I'm still curious. Until I finally tried one with the Tempuras I bought at udon restaurant.

I finally remember I have sinusitis.

Feeling strong burn taste from throat to nose isn't good experience, but feeling the taste when you're already suffering from sinusitis, a.k.a snot mucus clogged within air circulation, is even worse.

I kinda remember those times when I ate Raw onions. Although it was tasty, I stopped it once got sinusitis, since it was incredibly uncomfortable.

Now one of my life experience checklist is already completed.

For the next life experience, Is to kiss the lips of the attractive opposite sex that has bad breath.

I love spicy stuff, but wasabi doesn't feel like a spice to me. In a very bad way. It's the only food that feels like someone's slapped you. Even Thai levels of spice don't do that. Maybe it's a developed taste, but it'll always be a no from me.

What about horseradish and mustard?

I love spicy food, but Wasabi is not spicy at all. Or at least I wouldn't consider it spicy. It just burns my tongue a bit and goes over my nose; that's the only similarity it has with the spicy food. But what I don't like most about it is how "grassy" it tastes, if you know what I mean.

Actually never tried horseradish. I heard it was very similar. But mustard is divine. Delicious. Exquisite.
Horseradish and Dijon mustard are amazing, especially on a turkey, ham, or roast beef sandwich.
I don't like Djon mustard. But I love alot of it, especially in a gas form.
I am the reversed. Liquid form, solid form, no gas.

Most wasibi doesn't have wasibi in it. The stuff tends to just be horse raddish and food dye.

Have you ever tried horseradish + meat jelly( I think it's called meat aspic)? A very popular combo in my country, but I hate it.
I haven't had meat jelly or meat aspic. I don't think I've ever seen it before either. However, I am now looking it up. I have had blood sausage or black pudding though.

I hate horseradish. A lot of wasabi products here are stretched/substituted with common horseradish, but it doesn't come close to real wasabi.

Everytime I smell it, I have the urge to vomit. Doesn't happen with wasabi.

Wasabi, and I mean real fresh wasabi, taste incredible with sushi. (I have a sweet tooth though, so I never touch wasabi.)
