How Do You Change Your Title?

You need a certain amount of readers to get those author titles.
Rising Author needs you to have at least 500 readers in total from all of your stories.
Well-Author needs you to have at least 1000 readers.
And if I am not wrong, Famous Author needs you to have at least 2000 readers.

Can someone get a title such as "Avid Reader" from reading too much?

It's custom, so you can type whatever title you want.
Really? How do i change it. I seem to can't find how

On your "Accounts Details" page, you need around 100 posts on the forum. to unlock it or was it 50? 150? don't remember

Well, I think I found the next thing to go into my tutorial. 
Tl;dr:
On the main site, you can't. That is given to you by the system based on your reader count.
On the forum, you can edit it in your profile after a certain amount of posts.
