That's beautiful.
It was a template in canva. Do you think it will suit a fairy tale, about a prince (Still a baby) on the run from his uncle, with only a healer for protection? I know it has been done a lot, but I haven't done something like that before. I want to try it.

Idk if it's just me or the text is slightly off centre, but other than that the font choice and art looks great!

you can add a crown (an outline will do) above the word 'princely' to illustrate him being a prince, but it's just a small detail honestly :blob_cookie:

Thank you for your opinion. I wish I were that good with canva, to be able to add stuff, but I am not. What I do, is to add text, sometimes a picture, to a preexisting template.

That’s perfectly fine, I’ve used that same website for a large majority of my covers and I still haven’t managed to get them to look as good as that. It’s really good stuff.

One good cover is between 50-100 $ if you try to get it professionally done. So, for the price of two covers, I can make about 20 or even more, depending on how fast I write. That is dirt cheap.

I think so! Is "pricely" a misspelling, though? Should it be "princely"?

It's very nice.

It is a bit unfortunate that the butterfly is visually competing with the title. Like sharp edge, color accents, soft warm light feel like its cluttering a bit the center. There's a sense of not guiding the viewer eyes, letting them wander to every details. The slender and elegant font doesnt make the title stand very strong against all this. I like the consistency of the warm color scheme

Also the middle soft light is slightly off center

The aspect ratio seems a bit odd. Also, is a moth one of the most important parts of the story?

The whole thing has a bit of a mothman type vibe.

I was gunning for a fairy tale template, and this one made me go aw. So, I picked it up.

The title is off center a bit as mentioned above, like the T is closer to the left bird than the E. It's not as evident if it's a huge picture, but if smaller than can be fully viewed, it becomes apparent.
