Ever since we gave those Alphabet people a chance, they started making wild demands and bullying others into accepting their own harmful ideologies.

Although my country of residence seems to have suddenly remembered this debate after neglecting it for about it for a decade, public education has in fact been controversial throughout nearly its entire history. The debate about what children need to learn and when has always been a complex issue, and cultural differences, religious traditions, scientific progress, and what the role of a child is considered to be at various ages are all in constant change and often disagree. This argument is inherently divisive, but necessary and usually healthy. Lately, I feel that children have been given too little say about how they should be educated in my country of residence.

the line should be drawn at giving healthy children mind-altering drugs or encouraging irreparable procedures to change their gender.

Children SHOULD have a say in their learning but not a say in anything that could permanently change their biology. I say they can learn about any topic they please. but thats it. Lets be honest, they have Google now. They can learn if they want to anyway, may as well be first hand and properly
