So are these fast zombies or slow zombies? If slow, I have a brush remover that will do the job, ala plant versus zombies. If they are fast zombies, I have a flame thrower (homemade) and several gas cans; hmm you know I have those used cans of pitch (pine tar) but that might make things a bit smokey. Meh who cares; pine tar, gas and a flamethrower what could go wrong? Oh and a zero turn lawnmower, naturally.

2 Ladders. If blue circle is my head height. That cake is 18' up, the opening is maybe 24' up and the cake is about 18' away, while the opening is about 12' along the ground. So a 24' extension ladder, placing you 2-3' under the opening, slide a 18' ladder through opening; you want the excess length for balance purposes while pushing it through. Eat all the cake, then find out your now to fat to go back through the hole.
