Villain : Peeking at the diary, the heroines are broken. That's pretty much the same thing in urban setting.

Well I don't know what you're talking about, but if what you're looking for is a book in which the main character is considered a villain and the heroines are not your typical 'inocent pure girl', I can recommend Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu, and my own novel that deviates a little from that topic but centers on a villain character and most of his followers are female (no romance involved, calm down your horses... maybe?)

Maybe, perhaps, who knows...? ;)
Though I do plan to write an isekai reincarnation story where the MC eventually gets his harem. And no 'Cute magician', 'Oppai priestess' and 'Sword princess' cliche, I'm sick of those. Hold on to your hairs for glass-wearing scientists, whiteboard brawlers and NTR fan goth vampires...
Wait, ain't those also cliche?
