That is a Byronic Hero Paul. Close, but no cigar.
I wouldn't necessarily agree. Byronic heroes are arrogant, intelligent, educated outcasts, who somehow balance their cynicism and self-destructive tendencies with a mysterious magnetism and attraction, particularly for heroines according to google. Hamlet would be a Byronic hero. Their only morals are their own but are praised as heroes due to the things they've done as a result of their own desires. They're still good guys but they're also self-serving horny jerks.

A bad guy with good morals but poor execution of these morals would be someone like Magneto from Marvel. He has good morals due to his love for mutants but his desire to help them caused him to poorly execute these morals out of necessity.

When a hero and an anti-hero touch their mass is converted to energy.
