It's a hassle to set a book cover, you won't know how it looks when accepted, and implemented, until it's actually accepted. With photo cropping, it'll at least be possible to make sure the cover fits properly.

Scribblehub specifies what are the dimensions of your cover.

Just follow the same dimensions that the website specifies (or the same proportions at least) and you'll always know how your cover will end up as.

MS Paint has a resizing thingy too, me thinks. It even lets you adjust pixels!
