How many times can I use commas before I should make a new sentence?

The optimal number is from zero up to two or three, but there isn't really something like too much commas. It's not just about commas, but how complicated the sentence is in general.

When I'm writing, I just read what my brain produces and divide or join the sentences if I feel like they don't flow well. If you don't have much experience yet, you can read aloud the sentences that have many commas and listen to how they sound. You will hear if the sentence is too stretched out.

If you don't have much experience yet, you can read aloud the sentences that have many commas, listen to how they sound, and jugde if they are too stretched out.
Here is a sentence with three commas that sounds good.

If you don't have much experience yet, you can read aloud the sentences that have many commas and listen to how they sound, because it will make it easy to hear and judge if the sentence has too many commas and if it is too stretched out.
Here is an example of a sentence that's a bit too long. If you read aloud, it just doesn't sound good, but has only two commas. That's because it consists of eight separate segments and is very complicated.

It actually depends on a sentence. If you feel like there's something wrong with the beat of the words, you add a comma or a period.

It's kinda similar when you read a sentence out loud and you feel like there should be a short stop there.

I use way too much. Don't be like me and try to structure them such that the reader doesn't stop every few seconds lmao

I've had sentences with commas almost every word and it was grammarcally correct.
