When will a new series be posted? Can I write drafts for it first?

I'm planning on writing another series but won't publish it until I finished my other series. (Which I'm not planning on finishing soon, I've only just started after all)

Now, my questions :
- Will the new series be public if I only write drafts?
- If I accidentally publish one chapter will it be posted? (I tend to misclick things)
- Is there a limit on how long a series can stay in "Draft" status?

Nah, to first and third. I have like twenty chapters in drafts among my various series, and two I haven't published yet.
The second, yup, and you gotta be quick if you want no one to see it.

No

Yes, but in the editing section you can change the status from published to draft again to remove it
