Add more yellow clouds in the background. The blurry one in the front looks like a furball who photobombed the cover.
You could also move up goku and dragon. I can see that you wanted to make space for the title, but placing them like this is not the best solution imo.

Also, change the font, maybe try different colors. But not this frame-only font. the image will be resized and all that will remain is a jittery title. Maybe try black with white border?

So I remade the cover. Had to enlarge it so it didn't look pixelated.
