Why does the person saved the 2nd time die from excessive blood loss? And by "you cannot heal from the cuts", I'm assuming this means the Homeroom Teacher can't self-protect?

Basically, this is like a nerfed doctor. Instead of healing targeted people, a teacher can take the hit on herself. The person saved remains fine, it is the teacher who dies. And cannot recover from cuts means the teacher dies after successfully saving two children, doesn't matter if the power is used on consecutive days or on days separated by lot of time.

Do you know amongus? Mafia is game similar to it, without tasks.

Mafia games involve a town, where few mafia members live, sometimes called wolves.

The wolves/mafia members can kill any one town member each night, while during day, the town members can execute anyone they think is a mafia member.

The town folks win when all mafia members are dead.
The mafia members win when number of townfolks are equal to, or less than number of remaining mafia members.


Some games even have outsiders, called neutrals. They don't care about what happens to the town till the time they are winning. They have a custom set of win conditions.


This shall be the registration for Scribblehub Forums second ever mafia game, "There are Yanderes in this Class."
Registration for any further mafia games will also be done here, while the main game will happen occur on another thread.


You can register yourself as
1. A participant
Participants will be randomly allotted a role of either mafia, or townie or a neutral. Their powers and roles will be explained to them in private conversations made by the host, me in this case.

Do note that quoting me, the host, or taking screenshots of any private conversation is not allowed. What this means is that you cannot post a screenshot of me saying you are townie and claim you are townie.
But you are allowed to paraphrase me and role claim. This means that while you aren't allowed to prove it via screenshots, feel free to claim that you are a townie or a neutral if you are a mafia member. The town members can also do the same if they like.

Along with private conversations with me explaining your role, there will be a separate PM for mafia chat to discuss who to kill that night.



2. An Substitute
Well, people always have stuff to do irl. While playing this game would only take like 10 minutes everyday for a week, if you feel like your real life should take priority, feel free to opt out.
In that case, a substitute will take your place, hoping there are enough.
If we run out of substitute, the player is considered dead by lightning.



3. A spectator
In case you are interested in seeing the game, but not playing it, you can be a spectator. All the spectators are in a different chat, where they can gossip about how stupid this player is and try to guess themselves who mafia members are.





Now that we are done with general mafia stuff, we come to some specific details.
Details about this game, aka, "There are Yanderes in this Class."

There are four roles available

Classmates(townfolks)
Just a teen child attending class. Try not to sleep during maths.

Your powers include talking. And voting. Try your best not to get executed. It's no big deal if you get suspected though. Just remember, town winning is more important than you remaining alive. Always keep the town first.

When killed, the following message appears to the whole class

(Player name) was found dead this morning

or

(Player name) was executed. Nothing of importance was found in their pockets.​

The Homeroom Teacher
You rather die than let one of your students die. One night, you see a shadowy figure about to attack a student and assault it. The shadowy figure escapes, leaving you with deep cuts. But atleast the child is safe.

Your powers include choosing a person every day in your PMs who you shall protect for that night.
If the person you protected gets attacked by mafia that night, the person remains safe and you get the message

You managed to save (player name) from an attack, and now are suffering from excessive bleeding

If you manage to save a person again, the entire classroom gets the message

(Player name) died from excessive blood loss
​

If not, nothing happens. You cannot heal from the cuts.


Yanderes(mafia)
A rather passionate person who somehow convinced themselves to kill everyone. How will they elope with senpai then? Who's to say~~♡ You can't reason with a yandere.

Your powers include voting to kill a person at night as well as taking part in meetings classmates hold. Try not to make your bloodlust too obvious. And try not to stick too close to your partner. If you feel like your partner is getting suspected, don't defend them needlessly. Only do so if you have a good reason. Gut feeling is a good reason if you can point out what posts caused that gut feelings. On the other hand, if you are getting suspected, don't give away your partner! Again, winning of yanderes is more important than you remaining alive.

When executed, the following message appears to the whole classroom

(Player name) was executed
A bloody knife was found in her pocket​

2 Lovers(neutral) [Inclusion of this roles depends on number of participants. It will only occur if number of participants are more than 10]
Two teens, fallen in true love. They live for one another, they will die for one another.

Your powers include committing suicide when the other lover dies. You win by surviving till the end of the game. If these conditions are met, then the crown goes to the lovers, doesn't matter if the remaining members are townie or mafia.

When died, the following message shall appear to the whole classroom

(Player name1) was executed/killed
(Player name2) committed unalive in grief​

If you are interested, then just copy the list below and put your name.


If you are not interested, then do something else than flooding my notifications with useless replies.


Additional rules are:

The day and knight last for 24 hr each
Every participant is required to vote
The classmates must execute one person everyday, or else a classmate will get stuck by lighting randomly
The yanderes must kill one person everyday, or else a yandere will get stuck by lightning.
Be rude or cocky or even try to be based and you will get stuck by lightning.

• 5 VT + 1 Doc w/o Self-Heal that dies after 2 successful heals
• 2 Goons
• 2 Lover Survivors that steals victory if either side are supposed to win

Phases are 24/24. Voting is enforced (). VT dies if no-exe. Goon dies if no-kill.

This seems like a decent setup. I would personally only have one Victory-Eating Survivor, but I think this is good as well.

I got some questions though:

"Lovers do not count as town," and
"Homeroom Teacher counts as town."
I am assuming that the aforementioned statements are correct, yes?

Yes indeed, classmates here are townie, vanillas roles will be called students in the game, cuz i realised it's confusing to refer both, the vanilla and pr as classmates. So vanilla are students from hereon, and teacher is teacher! I shall add all this when the game starts

I am actually really interested in how players will deal with Lovers, cuz, well, you do have to kill them, but if mafia kills them, that's a night spent where classmates weren't kill while if the town lynches them, then that's a day spent where yanderes weren't killed. Both factions basically just wanna hope the other one kills them first.
