Depends more on the consequences and who your MC was before. There are some people who would be able to accept the situation and not let it bother them. Is this your current project? I can take a read to get a feel for your MC and give a better opinion if I know more.

I personally believe the reaction mostly depends on your MC's personality and future development. If MC is normal, then he would feel guilty and scared. If your MC experienced many deaths, then he would be shocked but will remain calm afterwards. If your MC is an evil psychopath, he would feel joy and ecstacy from the deed.

If he is affected by the previous personality of a MURDEROUS YOUNG MASTER, I think you should look at the relationship between the two. Sons of nobles usually don't have good relationships because there can only be one heir. Judging from this and the fact MC is desensitized to people dying, MC would freak out, but only slightly more than seeing no names dying. MC would probably be more concerned about inheritance and how this murder would affect it.

Would I be traumatized by HAVING MY BODY STOLEN, PLACED IN THE BODY OF CHILD AND THEN ACCIDENTALLY MURDERING ANOTHER YOUNGER CHILD WHILE HAVING MY THOUGHTS AND IDENTITY BEING CORRUPTED BY THE MIND OF A SOCIOPATH?

Seriously? I'd contemplate killing myself.
