Granted, this young child became so messed up psychologically because of his childhood of strife, malnutrition and seeing inequality prevalent in the whole world. He climbs up the social ladder to become an unstoppable dictator, gathers up scientists to make bombs much larger and dangerous than nukes, and then destroys the entire surface of the world because he thinks that since there are always social hierarchies and class differences in a functioning society resulting in unrest, the only way to bring peace is through destroying mankind.

Or else the Mongolian child brings about world peace through blaring Mongolian rock music 24 hours a day everywhere and world peace is achieved since everyone unites under their frustration of this rule.
