Is your title Lady Commander A Fantasy Space Opera?

Because that's the impression you're giving. It's better than your previous attempt and while Ai-chan wants to point out the wing part hiding one of the Ms, it's still okay. It can be considered a style preference, Ai-chan has seen something similar.

What's not okay is A Fantasy Space Opera. It's way too emphasized. Just make is smaller. Much smaller. Look at canva's numerous templates for examples.

There's still too many things happening in your cover. From what's written there, Ai-chan shall make assumptions. The name of the series is Ava Ryder of the Flagship. The title is Lady Commander A Fantasy Space Opera. The author is Lawrence Caldwell.

Ai-chan has no idea what Malkyrion is supposed to be.

your latest update is looking great, have you tried to look into composition and perspective a little bit, while you might think its useless since you tend to photoshop, you will benefit greatly from such knowledge either way, but the whole transparency thing isn't really gonna work out. you want to catch the attention of the audience, but with the double intent behind the cover, I think it might simply make people misunderstand the whole intent behind your writing, or maybe you will write a ton of sex scenes? then it might work out I guess.
