I see three reasons or even more for people to read NTR.

First, when you read NTR you usually feel sad or a little depressed so the brain wants to avoid that so it releases some pheromones or something so they make you feel better, which some get addicted to or like such a feeling so they keep coming back for more NTR.

Second, they identify with the fat rapist or blackmailer because they are also fat and the NTR self-inserts him as the one who breaks the relationship instead of the protagonist who usually has some kind of mental retardation.

Third, the authors or artists that focus on the NTR tend to put their effort when the girl fucks with the type that the chantajeo or manipulate, which gives great quality of drawing in the manga NTR or a great write-up of the situation if it is a novel, with the protagonist of the NTR is different, they are not the focus, they receive only misery so that you will not see normally they are one of the parts brightest of NTR.

Fourth, should I mention the arousal you can get from knowing that you're manipulating or blackmailing another guy's girlfriend into fucking them?

Fifth, you can be one of those rare readers who expects the protagonist's situation to improve and eventually leave the girl who left him or show him some injury.

Why read NTR doujinshi? According to my logical reasoning.

1. I only like specific NTR artist, because the artist are really damn good at drawing the girls. Not joking it's the only reason I read them.
If the art was ugly I wouldn't even touch it.

2. Vanilla's are too predictable and warm that people tend to feel jelly over the story and wish their lives were like that.
