To do that, that’s a custom background, on your profile you should see (edit profile banner) button press that then choose a image for it.

Isn’t signature the text and images under the body of a post? I’m looking for the text under the profile pic to the left of the post. Like in your case it says “magical girl of love and justice”

You need 50 messages to edit that one. An option to edit it will appear in the "Account Details" section IIRC.
