So, hello~ I'm not dead (yet).

I've been offline for a while, so get me caught up on things that have happened... here.

Now, what I mean by "things that have happened" is...

1. Squiddy is gone...
2. SH/SHF is slowly reaching the 80k members mark! That's a huge increase from when I first joined a year ago (47k members).
3. Agentt has somehow gotten more messages than me... even though he had almost 1.2k less messages than me when I went and got busy...
4. "Lynn" has somehow disappeared... where did that man who made 6 threads per day go?
5. Stories posted now are getting more popular in an easier manner than a year ago.


Stuff like that.

as the audience grows in size, the stage begins to pale in comparison. what was once a grand show is now but a bare wisp to the deadened air.

I mean, I'm new. Personally, I like the atmosphere of this forum; I can recognize everyone's names and even get a general idea of their personality. Sure it might be nice to have more people, but the way it is now has a comfy homely feel to it.

I don't understand what you mean, but if you, NotaNuffian, Zirrboy, greyblob, and Agentt will ever go away, this forum will be basically dead. Occasionally, noobs would ask questions about reviews, the best time to post, and trending. Oh, and there would also be occasional threads about bad ratings with Discount_Blade appearing to diss them for whining. But other than that, it would fall into silence.

i miss them, at times.

It's not about missing someone. The ones I mentioned(forgot about K5Rakitan) basically generate the most discussion out of all the people here. No one will make threads, reply, and so on if you leave as the newbies get bored soon.
