So, for the sake of feedback as well as visibility to readers, there are several reasons you might want to have your work reviewed. Some of the best people to review your work are other authors, as we are more likely to know the technicalities that are more worth being called as well as using word that relay our competence as a reviewer to the readers more.
But, one of the challenges is often getting such an individual to review your work. One of the better ways, then, is to partner up with another author and exchange reviews. The authors will read and then review one-another's works.
For the sake of this thread, I recommend it just be used to express your interest in a review exchange partner, and to decide who your partner is in PM. This will keep it to 2 person partnerships, which are far more manageable.
Also, I think this is worth stressing. Review partners should be encouraged to honestly review the work of the other, and you should not have hard feelings if they give you harsh reviews. Honesty in reviews promotes credibility in the reviewer, thus making it more significant when the reviewer rates something highly.
(For those thinking about partnering up with me, I hold to the above statement and am a very honest reviewer. So, I suggest you be confident in your work before partnering up. That said, when I do give something negative in my reviews, I also tend to search for something positive I can say along with it. I am very hesitant to give 1 or 5 star reviews.)
EDIT:
Just got a very good point from @Zirroboy. I'm just going to quote him.
On that note, I've found a partner.
Please note if you have found a partner. You can also add if you might still be looking for more even if you already have one. I, for one, will just be sticking to 1 at a time. I am open to serial partnerships though as soon as I have finished with one. So, if there is anyone else who is interested, I am not closed to applicants but you will be placed on the waiting list.

I mean there's nothing against going through multiple rounds, but with partnering in DMs, it might be best to add a note to your message here if you have found someone, so no one receives tons of offers while others go completely ignored.
Additionally, you could include a short (150-200 words) description of your story so people have an easier time finding genres and topics they are familiar with. Getting a perspective from outside your usual readership can be helpful in some cases, but being actively disinterested and/or unfamiliar with terms and topics used will probably make reviewing it harder than it needs to be.
