What exactly are signature pictures? I know that they aren’t pictures that go into your signature because Rule #5 says that you can have pictures in your signature. Anyway, I was just a bit confused by it. Thanks in advance.

I think it's just saying that the signature pictures you will use (as allowed by rule #5) should not be NSFW.

I think NUF had gotten big enough that @Tony wasn't able to police it as much. He was much stricter in the past. Jaded from NUF frequently complained about it.
