Would like clarification on what exactly views, page views and readers statics represent.

From my current understanding, I believe that the views are from people who spend a certain amount of time on your novel. Although, I am not sure if the views shown on the main page are the same or include the pageviews in the chapters or not. From my understanding, they are separate and the main page views are from people looking at the synopsis and stuff like that, while the pageviews are from people who have gone into a chapter. As for the readers, I am assuming those are people who have spent enough time in a chapter to be registered as having read the chapter.

It would be helpful in understanding whether or not the people are interested in my story. I have 1.5k views, around 100 pages views per chapter but only 33 readers. At this point, it appears that people are not interested. I would appreciate some clarification, or someone pointing me to a source in which I can obtain this information.

Chapter views represent how many people have actually clicked on a particular chapter, and readers are registered users who have added the story to the default reading list collection tied to their account. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm not exactly an expert on the site either.

That link has some good information for newbies, although I think it's not as much as it should be.

There are two statistics pages for a story, and one of them has a lot more information that only you as the author can see. Don't forget to link your story in your signature.
