Yes, but not often. What you really have to worry about is skin tags UNDER the boobs! I also got a lot of skin tags that were darker than my normal skin color while pregnant, but those ones fell off a week after I gave birth.

I got one of these things a while back for getting rid of skin tags on my neck and warts on my eyelids. My husband helped me with my eyelids. It worked!
