Viktor Dragovich: Ex-Special Forces turned mercenary. Has anger issues, is a major victim complex, and is an attention-seeking bastard. He was disowned by his own country and now seeks revenge. (Callsign: Tungsten Epta)
  • Traits: wrath, pettiness, egomania, overconfidence, cruelty, victim-complex, ungratefulness, inculpability

Carlton J. Morris: A member of the Razorwolf Syndicate. Arrogant, narrow-minded, a wannabe writer (hasn’t written and can’t write shit), refuses to acknowledge his faults and failings, has a massive ego and superiority complex the size of ten skyscrapers. All in all, a very dense asshole. The only reason the boss hasn’t killed him yet is that he’s a component info broker, the only field he seems to be very good at.
  • Traits: Arrogance, narrow-minded, egotism, hypocrisy, narcissism, short-sightedness, sense of superiority, stubbornness
Christopher Galavan Kitano: Asshole pessimist, and a pissant waste of time, space, and talent. He was part of an adventurer fireteam FLASK, who was brutally murdered by a wave of Umbra. Kitano survived, but his pessimistic attitude turned for the worse, turning him into a nihilistic assassin. Wears a mask which is a combination of a gas mask and plague mask. (Callsign: Plague Phantom)

Carina Gratia: Niece of Cartel boss Gustavo Gratia. She’s Faux Affably Evil personified. Occasionally say “Hun” to sound friendly, even though it does jack shit to hide her sadistic nature. Known to kill people brutally when things don’t go her way.
  • Traits: Traits: Power-Hungry, Sadist, Tactless
Megali Guo: Carina’s boyfriend, who’s just as terrible as she is. Talks and acts big and looks the part.
  • Traits: jerkish, indecisiveness
Hei Wulong: Leader of the Anarchy Ace Triads. A pathological liar and an all-around scumbag. The polar opposite of his cousin Yao. The rest of his family sees him as a disgrace to the family. They’re not wrong.
  • Traits: dishonesty, dishonorable, treacherous, impatient, irresponsible, selfish, and crapulence.
Rudolph Carpathia: Genius hacker and a total douche, even to his colleagues. Has beef with them for throwing him under the bus. Faked his death and restarted his life under a new alias, while also plotting revenge. (Callsign: Cipher Grimm)
  • Traits: Arrogance, egomania, overconfidence,
Belladonna “Donna” Aoyama: CEO of Monarch Conglomerate, an R&D company; Secretly makes super-soldiers for profit.
  • Traits: cruelty, selfishness, unpleasantness, manipulative, heartlessness, prideful and an obsession with power
Vino Ronaldo: Honeybadger demihuman, Kidnapped, tortured, and killed his niece and brother-in-law, not before his partner-in-crime raped said brother-in-law and forced his niece to watch the whole thing or else he'll carve out her eyelids. Vino did all that just to spite his little sister for leaving the Serayaspina Mafia.
  • Traits: cruelty, manipulative, heartlessness, psychotic, petty

Is hard to rate this kind of character since I mostly base how despicable they are by their actions. Take the revenge guy, he does a full on straight-kill aproach killing everything, assassination? Is fine. or smart planner with poison, rumors, economy, accusations? Is ok. But if he does the despair one, something like selling his enemies, punishing the childs, or making them reach their mental limits. Just hard to tell.

His sister had a good reason to leave. The mafia treated her like dogshit as a child, and Vino let happened, not once helping her.A

Anyone joining a mafia and expecting everyone to treat you respectfully without doing something to earn it...is an idiot. His sister might not have been a bad person,. but she was still an idiot. No one joins the mafia because they have a sunny disposition, and like to see good done in the world. I feel like that shouldn't have needed explaining.

7/10. Though he has reasons to be this way, his traits gives me the idea that he was already kind of a scumbag to begin with, so whatever happened to him, I figured he had something to do with it.

Paul Coleman: An expert swordsman but selfish dips**t. A distant descendant of Shepard Coleman, a Grimmslayer (a term for monster hunter),
  • Traits: selfishness, shameless, self-indulgence, stubbornness, moral myopia
4/10. Sounds more petty than antagonistic. I'd say this guy is more of a sub-boss... of level 1.

Carlton J. Morris: A member of the Razorwolf Syndicate. Arrogant, narrow-minded, a wannabe writer (hasn’t written and can’t write s**t), refuses to acknowledge his faults and failings, has a massive ego and superiority complex the size of ten skyscrapers. All in all, a very dense asshole. The only reason the boss hasn’t killed him yet is that he’s a component info broker, the only field he seems to be very good at.

5/10. Again, seems more petty than anything. Sounds like a person whose in it for the money, so I guess he's despicable on that.

7/10. Yup, sounds pretty despicable to me. Though the whole murder thing makes me believe that he had SOME semblance of comradery with his old group. I mean, he was pessimistic before and now became even more so after the murder makes me believe he had some kind of affection for them.
Knox “Vex” Vesper: CEO of Apex Industries; Loves to insinuate his opinions as facts. Owns a secret army, Vox Populi (Callsign: Prometheus)
  • Traits: unpleasantness, prideful, narcissistic, nitpicking, pretentious, obnoxious.
4/10. So pretty much, any CEO today.
Carina Gratia: Niece of Cartel boss Gustavo Gratia. She’s Faux Affably Evil personified. Occasionally say “Hun” to sound friendly, even though it does jack s**t to hide her sadistic nature. Known to kill people brutally when things don’t go her way.
  • Traits: Traits: Power-Hungry, Sadist, Tactless
6/10. I really don't know what 'faux affably evil" meant and had to look it up online. Yeah, that would make her despicable for sure, but the fact that her mannerisms don't really work, well... she's just an SJW at this point, so I pity her a bit.
Megali Guo: Carina’s boyfriend, who’s just as terrible as she is. Talks and acts big and looks the part.
  • Traits: jerkish, indecisiveness
6/10. Not much info, but if he is like his girlfriend, then yeah, the same.
7/10. I'm taking that he's willing to do terrible things to his family if need to, at least that's what I'm getting from him. Yeah, that makes him pretty despicable.
Rudolph Carpathia: Genius hacker and a total douche, even to his colleagues. Has beef with them for throwing him under the bus. Faked his death and restarted his life under a new alias, while also plotting revenge. (Callsign: Cipher Grimm)
  • Traits: Arrogance, egomania, overconfidence,
4/10. Just like the first one, is a bit of a jerk but he has his a reason to act this way, at least after it happened. But I put him down a peg because he's not as bad as the first one. He seems like the kind that can become good eventually.
Belladonna “Donna” Aoyama: CEO of Monarch Conglomerate, an R&D company; Secretly makes super-soldiers for profit.
  • Traits: cruelty, selfishness, unpleasantness, manipulative, heartlessness, prideful and an obsession with power
4/10. Typical cartoon villain to me. Yeah, you can despise them, but everyone else sounds much worse and they sound like underlings.

10/10. This guy goes above despicable for sure.

Though I say this based on what you have provided and some don't have much other than just the generic "bad guy" elements. It would be more beneficial if we can get some more information about each character, but as it stands, these are my opinions.

This guy doesn't really fit the bill of a scum bag. And he can't be a waste of time and space and talent if he's assassin whose getting clients to hire him. No one hires an assassin that isn't good at what they do. It's bad for business and it also jeopardizes the client's health and well-being if they hire a shoddy contractor. Quite a few people have paid with their lives for paying for failed assassinations, and in turn, were killed themselves once it was discovered that they had paid the cash to hire the contractor.

And in most cases, the one looking for revenge for almost being killed, won't go after the assassin who was hired to kill them because an assassin rarely cares who the person they are hired to kill is, or even why they are being hired to do it. They do it and then move on. So no, most people looking for revenge, will go after the person that hired the assassin.

Unless it's some random douche off the street hiring anyone to take potshots at his boss or ex-wife, then your description of this guy doesn't add up. Either he's a professional assassin, which is what I'm assuming you meant, which negates the "waste of talent" comment, or he's just any random guy with a lack of interest in life who will shoot at anyone and anything for a little pocket change. Or if he's a junky, than he might let loose a little for an extra helping of whatever his particular fix is.

Yeah. I agree. Even though she worked hard to gain respect.

She made a bold, yet stupid mistake and the deaths of her daughter and husband were karma coming back to bite her in the ass. She moved far away, changed her name, and it still didn't work. Now that mistake is haunt her forever.

By "waste of time and space and talent", I forget to mention it's not about his assassination skills. It's more taking petty potshot on shows he dislikes, continues ragging on those shows even after quitting them and makes petty jokes and memes on them that stop being funny the first time around.

She deserved it
It was her father's fault.

He owned some loan sharks money and had the "brilliant" idea to sell out his kids to the mafia. While Vino wasn't too fazed, Sapphire hated this arrangement and never forgave him. No matter how much she worked, she never got respect, not even from her brother. After the mafia was destroyed in a gang war, she left and started a new life.

Vino killing his niece and brother-in-law wasn't justified. In his twisted POV, this was "putting his sister in place".
10/10. This guy goes above despicable for sure.
Thank you. Someone in the comments said Vino was justified for what he did. I had to explain why he wasn't.
