"Like" how? Either way, a character in either position can lead to a lot of character development or be an interesting character for the MC to bounce dialogue off of.

But as a person, either way, younger is adorable and would be doted on, older means someone who's been through everything before and is looking out for you. In that regard, I like both :)

Depends. In real life, I probably would like a little sister. But in fiction, I tend to prefer cool big sis characters a lot.

Onee-san, imouto....hmm "Ara ara" or "It is not like I like you or anything, niichan." or "Nii-nii". This is hard. I guess Ara ara's are more common, I will aim for the rarer one.
