Like, totally delete the thing from existence in your already created work and leave no marks, eg

Chp 1
Chp 2
Chp 3

You delete chp 2 and it becomes like this:

Chp 1
Chp 3

Instead of this:

Chp 1
"DELETED"
CHP 3

Pretty sure you can. Create, edit, table of contents, three dots then delete and it should let you perma delete the chapter.
