she was abducted by other humans from different timeline/dimension not sure she woke up in factory where she was hung or chained to a machine that moves after a while she got her spine ripped out and got some mechanical thing implanted there as a new spine , then was thrown in these new world whit ?monsters? or zombie like things and more , that spine helps get her abilitys and such .... wish i could remember more maybe someone knows i hope :)
