My husband is the father. If we hadn't been in a pandemic, we would only be 98% sure he was the father due to condom use with my other partners. Still, we would have my husband's name on the birth certificate. Before we got married, he agreed that he would raise an "oops baby" as his own, because parenthood is about so much more than sharing genes with the kid. We also agreed to adopt if I couldn't get pregnant.
