What an irrelevant correction. The difference between putting an 'a' before the smile or without putting an 'a' before the smile has no difference. Also, I use "a" if the title is not a specific title because it's an indefinite article. What I meant by what I said is "thank you :)"

He just made me confused and had to relearn how/when to use 'A' because maybe I made a mistake. I think if we put 'my' before smile too then it would mean the same thing with 'my thanks and smile'.

Mmm, yeah, I think you're bang on about that. I knew what you meant when you said it initially. Adding "my" to the sentence just adds additional "rhythm" to it, but it doesn't change the indication or meaning of the original sentence like "a" does. It seems you were corrected with a SPAG error on the corrector's part. Take it with a grain of salt, though; that sort of thing happens on the internet all the time. Most of us are still learning here.

What's not to stare at if the mirror's haunted by an equally handsome person? Look, if you read books, you could become smart. If you worked hard, you could become rich. But it's very rare that one is born handsome! Even a handsome ghost has its merit. I'll stare, and I'll be like, "Heeeey, you handsome." And then the ghost be like, "Ayyyyy, you handsome too." And then like, we can both be handsome together.

That's the dream right there!

Writer's block feels like having a broken bone. It needs time to heal and as long as you do not aggravate it you can work around the impairment.
Burnout is, strangely, worse because that felt more like a torn muscle. Yes, you can work around that too, but there is no avoiding the aggravation.

Keep writing or you will experience a form of atrophy. That is a far more difficult condition to work out.

I just see it as something you kind of have to 'walk off' you know? I think if you sit in it then it just gets worse. So the cure for writer's block in my eyes is to write. Doesn't mean it has to be good writing, or even relevant writing. Just writing. Maybe a short poem, maybe a short story about a snake going to buy bubble-tea. Just anything to keep the brain-river flowing, cause otherwise it stagnates

Writer's block is just that, a wall that you need to overcome. If you just wait for it to be resolved, it never will be. You actually need to go out of your way to break open that wall.

It is hard for others to suggest to you how to do this, as everyone are different. What works for one may not work for another. What is awesome for one may be completely damaging to others. This is something that you need to find out yourself. If at some point you got something that works, keep doing it.

In Ai-chan's case, it's adding details to Ai-chan's work in the wiki so that when Ai-chan does start again, it would be easier. Ai-chan also does short stories in the meantime, because Ai-chan is like a cat. Writing Shitty Anthology gave Ai-chan the motivation to start work on The Hounds of Hell again.

I won't give up! I'll keep on believing in myself and beat the one and only! They do say, your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. So I will keep going because tough situations will make me strong and handsome in the end.
